People pay to buy a 'house'
Sadly, most houses don't have a roof or don't have windows or don't have nice interiors
Sadly, our world has not reached that 'rich' look yet.
Rich itself isn't that rich too.
Richness only creates a safe environment
Rich people want to be sure they are in safe ground when they invest in something
Once they see that it does not have secure ground, they start to panic and all the fun is then gone
